Once your order
has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification
with a tracking information. Please also check your junk email. This email
will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order.
Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is
processed and shipped. There may be additional shipping delays due to
high order volumes.

How do I cancel an order?
Our goal at FateCord is process and ship
orders quickly. Once you have received your confirmation email, the
order has already been sent for processing and cannot be adjusted or
cancelled.
You may return items that are
unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Damaged/defective items can only be returned by mail and cannot be
returned or exchanged in-store. Last chance or Clearance items are
final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. FateCord Gift Cards or
E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.
What if the price of an item changes after I purchased it?
We are not able to process price
adjustments for previous purchases as prices fluctuate due to trends,
stock, and consumer demand.
What should I do if I received a damaged item?
In the rare occurrence that an item was
damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Care center.
What happens if my order is out of stock?
Sometimes we are forced to cancel orders
due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes oversold products,
products listed or priced incorrectly, and orders unable to be processed
for other reasons. Please sign-up to be notified on the product page for
when the item becomes available again by clicking on "Notify
Me".
If you paid via PayPal, you will
be issued a refund for the amount paid.
If you paid via credit/debit
card, your card will not be charged.

We strive to deliver items to any
location in the world, but we cannot rule out the possibility of
delivery being impossible due to force majeure. In such cases, we will
